Banana crumb recipe with egg

Roast meat has to have crumbs to go with it, right? This recipe of my easy banana farofa is made with dwarf banana, bacon, onion, egg and manioc flour. At the end it also takes a little butter to make it moist and tasty! It goes well with roasted meats, grilled meats and fish too.

Ingredients for making banana crumbs with egg:
100 grams of cubed bacon
½ chopped onion
1 small chopped dwarf banana
¾ cup of manioc flour
1 drizzle of oil
1 tablespoon of butter
How to make banana crumbs with egg:
First fry the bacon with oil until golden. Add the chopped onion and saute until well wilted.
Tip: If your bacon has a lot of fat, you don't need to add more fat in this recipe, use it only if necessary.
Lower the heat and move to the fried bacon and onion for one half of the skillet. Add the eggs lightly beaten to the other half of the skillet and keep stirring the eggs until they are cooked through.
Add the coarsely chopped bananas and mix well with the bacon, onion and eggs. Finally, add a spoon of butter to make the crumbs very tasty and moist, let it melt and add the manioc flour.
